Cell Overview

Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) have been identified as the two most backward groups of Indian Society. Our cell at Dhing College was established in June 2020 to support and bring students from such communities into the mainstream.

Financial Support

Facilitating scholarship programs and financial aid from government agencies and other sources.

Career Guidance

Encouraging enrollment in career orientation programs to equip students with necessary life skills.

Core Activities

Circulate State Govt. and UGC decisions on scholarship programs.
Counselling and guidance for academic and personal issues.
Ensuring a safe and secure campus environment for all students.
Redressing grievances and ensuring constitutional protection.
Conducting remedial coaching, life skills, and personality development sessions.
